Aged for at least 10 years, our 3454 Beyond Balsamico is given the time it needs to reach its full flavour potential. It owes its potent character to top-quality Swiss apples, which we harvest at peak ripeness and process using traditional methods. The delicate blend is stored in French oak barrels. The maturing process is under constant supervision, guaranteeing the utmost quality.

The conditions are ideal year-round here, deep in the heart of the Jungfraujoch and at the highest balsamico factory in the world. The low-oxygen, Alpine climate allows this completely natural, coveted luxury food product to mature to perfection, becoming more concentrated, viscous and full-bodied each day.
